Airflow patterns and volumes create a large part of the overall performance of a clean room. High efficiencies in filtration and ventilation provide the balance. With our systems, we can provide 99.99% DoP filtration with less static pressure than the traditional HEPA filter. This fact allows us to comfortably add a second HEPA, where it is advantageous, without greatly sacrificing air volumes and provides 99.999999% DoP clean air.
The electroflourescnese and dielectroflourescense created by the electrical technologies employed to enhance the filtration also has proven to be biocidal, even on Mycobactrium bovis. Which explains why the bio burden in labs created with this technology have remarkably reduced bio burdens than design alone would indicate.
